Return Policy

We trust that you will adore your purchase. However, should you find it doesn't meet your expectations within 10 business days of receiving your order, please commence the return process via the Return Portal provided above. Upon submission of your return request, a pre-paid UPS return shipping label will be generated for your convenience.

To initiate a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unworn and in its original condition.
  • It should have the original return tag attached.
  • Any branding tags must remain as originally attached.
  • The item should be in its original packaging.

Please note that items returned without meeting the above criteria will not be processed and will be returned to the sender.

Upon receiving and approving your return shipment, you will receive confirmation of your refund within 5-10 business days. Please be aware that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

For warehouse restocking, a $10 deduction will be made from your refund amount. Kindly note that Express shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchange services. Should you wish to change an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item to receive a full refund. Subsequently, feel free to place a new order at your convenience through shopsmythe.ca.

Final Sale

All sale products are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, with the exception of items received in a damaged condition.

Return In Store

Please note that we do not accept returns for online orders at our Summerhill store at this time. Online orders must be returned to our warehouse using the online Return Portal.
