Returns

At Dahlia, we believe in making shopping as effortless as possible. If you find that your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, simply start the FREE return process within 10 business days of receiving your order. You’ll receive a prepaid return label for your convenience.

Full Refund Policy

You’re eligible for a full refund within 10 days from the shipping date. After 10 days, returns will no longer be accepted. Sale items marked with a discount of 50% or more are final sale.

Return Criteria

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please make sure your item meets the following conditions:

• Unworn and in original condition
  

• Original return tag attached
  

• All branding tags remain attached
  

• In its original packaging
  

PayPal Orders

If you paid via PayPal, your refund will be credited back to your PayPal account once the returned item is received.

How to Return

1. Sign into your account and go to your Order history page. Click on the order to view your details. If you checked out as a guest, click “View your order” from the shipping confirmation email to your Order history page..
2. Select "Return Request" and fill out the return request form.
3. Review your details and click "Process Return".
4. A Return Request Confirmation email will be sent to the address used for your order.
   
5. After we process and approve your return request, we will send you a Return Approval email, which will include a return label file for your convenience.

Print At Home

1. Print your return label by accessing your Return Approval email and select ‘View Return Label’ to open the PDF.

2. Package your items securely in the original packaging.
   

3. Drop off your return at the carrier shown on the prepaid return label.
   

Once we receive your return and it meets the criteria, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days. You’ll be notified via email when your return is complete.

Returning Multiple Items from a Single Order

For returns involving multiple items, please use one return label and package all items together, even if they arrived in separate shipments.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need to change an item, simply return the unwanted item for a full refund and place a new order at your convenience on DahliaApparel.com.

Order Cancellation

Changed your mind before hitting submit? During Dahlia Concierge hours, you have up to 30 minutes from the time you place your order to cancel by chatting with us live.
