Where do you ship to?
We provide shipping services domestically and internationally, including Canada, the US, the UK, France, Italy, Germany, and numerous other European countries.
What is the shipping cost and how long does it take?
"We offer FREE standard shipping and returns on orders in Canada and the US. Additionally, we provide the option of Express Shipping within Canada for $30.00 and within the US for $60.00.
For standard shipments, please allow two business days for processing, and an additional four business days for delivery. In total, it may take up to six business days from the initial order date to receive your shipment. Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary in rural areas.
Express orders are processed within one business day and typically delivered within two additional business days. This means you can expect to receive your Express shipment within three business days from the initial order date. As with standard shipping, shipping times may vary in rural areas.
For US orders, there are no additional duties upon delivery. You will only be responsible for local sales tax, if applicable, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How To Return My Items?
Return
We sincerely hope you're happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason it doesn't meet your expectations within 10 business days of receiving your order, please initiate a return through our Return Portal to start the return process. Please note that any return requests made after the 10-day window will not be accepted.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please email info@dahliaapparel.com, return the item you no longer want for a full refund, and place a new order at your convenience.
Sale Items
Please note that all sale products are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, except in cases where the item is received damaged.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
If you place an order on a weekday between 9am and 5pm, please get in touch with Dahlia within the first couple of hours of placing your order at info@dahliaapparel.com. For orders placed outside of our office hours, please send an email by the following day. We will do our utmost to accommodate your request for changes. However, if the item has already been shipped, regrettably, we will be unable to cancel or make alterations to the order.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Habitat accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:
• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout
• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us
• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order departs from our warehouse, you will promptly receive an email containing a tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided in the email.
Alternatively, you can utilize our live chat function, located at the bottom left of your screen. By clicking "Chat with us," you can both track and initiate a return for your package.
