What is the shipping cost and how long does it take?
Great news! For a limited time, we’re offering FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. and Canada orders. Here’s a quick breakdown:
United States:
- Standard: 3-7 business days after 2-day processing – FREE
- 2-Day Delivery: 2 business days after 1-day processing – $10
- Express (Next Day): By the end of the next day after 1-day processing – $20
Canada:
- Standard: 6-10 business days after 2-day processing – FREE
- Express: 2-6 business days after 1-day processing – $30
Please note that orders to P.O. Boxes or remote areas may take a bit longer, and processing might extend during sales or holidays.

How To Return My Items?
We want you to love your Dahlia pieces! If something isn’t quite right, you can return unworn items in their original condition within 10 days of delivery – and returns are FREE! Here’s how:
- Log into your account and head to Order History, or use the Order Tracking Form if you checked out as a guest.
- Select “Return Items” and fill out the return request form.
- Print your prepaid return label from your Order History under “View Return Label.”
- Pack your items securely in their original packaging and drop them off at the carrier listed on the label.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days and send you a confirmation email. Sale items discounted 50% or more are final sale, so keep that in mind.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
We get it – sometimes you change your mind! If you need to cancel your order, you have 30 minutes after placing it to reach out to our Dahlia Apparel team via live chat during business hours.
After that, orders are processed quickly to get your items to you ASAP, so changes or cancellations may not be possible. If you miss the window, you can always return eligible items for a refund.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We make checkout a breeze with flexible payment options! You can pay with major credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal. Sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your order total and location, and you’ll see everything clearly on the Order Summary page.
How Can I Track My Order?
Keeping tabs on your order is super easy! Once your order ships (usually within 24-48 hours), we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. Just click the link to follow your package’s journey. You can also:
- Log into your account and visit Order History to track your order.
- If you checked out as a guest, use the Order Tracking form, enter your details, and click “View Order” to see tracking info.
Heads up: It might take up to 72 hours for tracking to activate.

Do I have to pay for customs fees or duties?
Good news! For a limited time, there are no duty charges on shipments within the United States or Canada.
