SHIPPING TO CANADA

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping and returns for orders over $250 within Canada. Additionally, we provide the option of Express Shipping for $30. Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries.

For standard shipments, kindly allow 2 business days for order processing, followed by an additional 4 business days for delivery. In total, please allow up to 6 business days from the initial order date to receive your shipment. It's important to note that our shipping timelines are provided as estimates and may be affected by potential carrier delays.

Express orders will be processed within 1 business day, with an added 2 business days for delivery. In total, you can expect to receive your Express shipment within approximately 3 business days from the initial order date. Please be aware that shipping times may vary in rural areas.

Please take into account that any orders placed after 5pm EST are considered for processing on the next business day.

SHIPPING TO THE U.S.

For our customers in the United States, we are delighted to offer complimentary Standard shipping and returns for orders exceeding $250. We also extend the option of Express shipping for $60. As with Canadian orders, a signature is required upon delivery.

US orders will not be subjected to any duties upon delivery. Your sole responsibility will be for local sales tax, if applicable, settled during checkout.

For Standard shipments, please allow 2 business days for order processing, followed by an additional 5-10 business days for delivery. In total, anticipate up to 12 business days from the initial order date to receive your shipment. Just as with Canadian shipments, our provided shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.

Express orders, on the other hand, are processed within 1 business day and require an additional 2 business days for delivery. Overall, you can anticipate receiving your Express shipment within approximately 3-5 business days from the initial order date. Similar to Canada, shipping times may vary in rural areas.

Again, please note that orders placed after 5pm EST are processed on the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For our international customers, we charge a flat rate of $150 per order. Please note that we reserve the right to adjust this rate for larger orders. As with our domestic shipments, a signature is mandatory for all international deliveries.

It is important to clarify that international customers are responsible for any associated clearance charges pertaining to their shipments. This includes local import taxes, duties, and clearance fees. These charges are to be settled upfront during checkout. In the event of returns, please retain all original shipping documents and waybills, as these will be required for tax and duty reimbursement claims.

For international shipments, please allow 2 business days for processing, followed by an additional 2-5 business days for delivery. In total, please allow up to 7 business days from the initial order date to receive your shipment. As previously mentioned, our shipping timelines are estimates and may be influenced by carrier delays.

Just like our domestic orders, any orders placed after 5pm EST will be processed on the subsequent business day.
